I. Basic Rules for Returns/Exchanges
Thank you for choosing NATTAUP products. We are committed to providing high-quality goods and services. Below are the detailed return policy terms:

Return Window
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery (based on the logistics tracking record). Unconditional returns will not be accepted beyond this period.

Basic Requirements
Items eligible for return/exchange must meet the following criteria:

Original condition: Unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, free of stains or alterations.

Complete packaging and accessories: Including but not limited to tags, labels, boxes, etc.

Quality issues: Provide clear photo/video evidence (e.g., damage, defects, incorrect items).

II. Items Excluded from Unconditional Returns
The following items do not qualify for unconditional returns (except for quality issues):

All underwear products (e.g., boxers, briefs, shapewear).

Intimate apparel and swimwear (e.g., socks, base layers, swimsuits, bikinis)

Clearance/promotional items, custom products, or items marked "Final Sale."

III. Return Process

Contact Customer Service: Email support@nattaup.com with your order number, reason for return, and evidence (photos/videos for quality issues). We will respond within 1-2 business days.

Alternative refund options such as gift cards or discount coupons may also be offered.

IV. Cost Responsibilities

Quality issues: NATTAUP covers round-trip shipping costs.

Personal reasons (size, color, etc.): Customers bear return shipping and restocking fees. The restocking fee is 20% of the order total.

V. Handling Quality Issues
If a product has quality issues, contact our customer service email within 7 days of delivery and provide photos/videos of the problem. Upon verification, NATTAUP will process a return, exchange, or reshipment.

Important Notes

Ensure returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Returns damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted.

NATTAUP reserves the final authority to interpret this policy. Updates will be announced via our official website or customer service.
