NATTAUP ships eligible international orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Where DDP service is available for the delivery destination, applicable import duties and taxes are included in the total shown at checkout. Customers will not be asked to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.
DDP availability is confirmed at checkout. If DDP service is unavailable for an order, the destination will not be accepted at checkout or NATTAUP will contact the customer before dispatch.
Charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, refused delivery, storage, redelivery, or a customer-requested delivery change are not included.
Orders are accepted only for destinations confirmed during checkout. Certain destinations or order values may be unavailable where DDP delivery cannot be supported. Final delivery availability is determined by the destination, order contents, and the shipping options shown at checkout.
